Refund policy

Forever Designs by TG does not offer returns. We create all products handmade to order. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. 

Please note, ForeverDesignsbyTG reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact ForeverDesignsbyTg within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email, along with a photo of the original order receipt. We only accept cancellations if your custom order has not started production and within 2 business days. We ship orders as quickly as we can, so cancellations are not always possible. Any order requesting a cancellation after 2 business days (that has not started production) will incur a 25% restocking fee.
